"The Struggle of Life" beeinhaltet u.a. Lieder über die verinnerlichte Furcht (In A Cape of Fear), den Drang zum Selbstzerstörerischen (Born Against Life), die unsterbliche Sehnsucht nach dem Unerreichbaren (Longing) des Menschen, eine Hommage an das die Welt regierende Chaos (Chaos Ex Machina) und die glücklichen Wendepunkte des Lebens (Crossroads). "Cabin in the Woods" behandelt die Mystifikation des (Irr-)Glaubens und dessen Macht. Darüber hinnaus steht Walking on A Sea of Clouds für die grenzenlose (gefährliche?) Macht der Imagination und Träume, während The Unnatural Cause das unvorhersehbare, in die Tragödie stürzende Element des Lebens darstellt. Insgesamt soll dieses Album den unendlichen Kampf des Lebens charakterisieren, der es durchzieht, es motiviert, es aufbaut und zerstört...

This was a very quick work for me (3 Months). There's much simularity to "Crazy" on this one, but also new approaches and styles. The songs are all-in-all a bit melancholic / depressing, because I had much going on in my life while recording them and needed an artistic outlet. The title is quite easy to understand. It stands for revealing things about yourself/ your soul and aligning them for others to experience. I hope my listeners can feel this way and enjoy this record. It's a very personal one for me.

My first album, titled "Crazy" is a huge personal milestone for me. I've worked on these 16 songs all my life, it seems. For over three years, I've worked on it everyday, trying to make the best record I could possibly produce with my quite limited technical possibilites. It incorporates my guitar and keyboard playing, composing and a little bit of sound engineering. I won't describe anything musically from it, as you have to hear for yourself. But if you're open minded towards music, there's a huge chance that you'll like listening to it. After all, that was just the attitude I approached the project. Making good music was all I cared about.
